Quantity surveyor estimator

My client are a leading, family owned construction group recruiting for their fit out division which specialises in fit and small works projects valued up to GBP2.5m. Due to increased workload and a range of newly secured projects they are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team. As the Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, your role will involve: Allocation of works to Sub Contractors within budget. Manage Sub Contractors and their applications Submitting Applications for Payments to clients. Visiting sites for valuations/variations and meetings as required Working within agreed timescales set by the Commercial Director. Developing process and procedures to benefit the business. Responsible for reviewing all enquiries and tenders Preparation of tender and contract filesRequirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a focus on fit out / refurbishment schemes. Proficiency in handling various contract forms Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
