Teaching Assistant for Pre-School Location: Golders Green, North West London Role: Full-Time Teaching Assistant, Monday - Friday from 8.00am - 5.30pm Start Date: Immediate Salary: From GBP30,000 per annum Are you passionate about early childhood education? About Us: This lovely Pre-School offers a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 5 years old. Their curriculum is designed to provide enriching learning experiences that foster growth and development. The team are committed to delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child. Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a class teacher and experienced practitioners to support the learning and development of our young learners. Your role will encompass assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the class teacher and practitioners to implement the curriculum and deliver engaging learning experiences. Provide individualized support to students to facilitate their learning and development. Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community. Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources. Utilize the latest technology, including interactive whiteboards, to enhance learning opportunities for students.Requirements: Relevant experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of each child. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
