Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement. * Prepare and review contracts, subcontract agreements, and variations. * Monitor project costs and expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible. * Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies. * Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions. * Provide expert advice on fire protection, partition walls, and drylining. * Liaise with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met and project delivery is optimized. * Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management. * Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. * Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote repeat business and referrals. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, or Commercial Director in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of drylining, fire protection and partition walls. * Experience with fire protection, partition walls, and drylining is essential. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Immediate availability for an immediate start.
