About Technical Services Manager In this role, the right candidate will spend the majority of their time in commercial fit out, specialising in office refurbs and occasionally dipping into the design phases of some projects too. With project values of GBP5M (M E) and above, the right candidate will be well grounded in their career but ambitious to take on challenging new projects.
