We #39;re looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team! Are you ready to ensure smooth operations in the heart of our food production facility? We #39;re seeking a Maintenance Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where every component counts towards delivering top-quality products to our What you #39;ll be doing: * The daily reporting of breakdowns v PPMs activities * Planning and Monitoring machine performance * Working with the Planning Department to negotiate machine availability * Monitoring failure * Supporting External Contractors * Technical support for production when required * To maintain the highest standards in housekeeping, adopting a clean as you go policy. * To maintain the highest standards when completing paperwork and works sign off. Key areas of the role: * Achieving P.P.M. Plans and completion rates. * Maintaining GMP and safety standards within the Engineering Department. * Implementing and ensuring compliance of engineering processes within the team. * Ensuring the highest engineering audit standards at all times middot; Ensuring Engineering skills and knowledge are maintained at the highest level. Qualifications About you: * Relevant engineering qualification * Able to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety and safe panel entry * Experience of FMCG operations * PC Literate (thereby able to use computer-based maintenance systems) * Able to strip machines in full and reassemble them, as well as completing machine size change procedures and their adjustments.
