You will have previous Phonics experience and have spent significant time working within Private Nurseries, or in an Early Years setting within a primary/pre School. If you have a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or Early Years TA qualification, this would also be desirable but not essential. As an Early Years TA you will have the ability to communicate with young children to encourage significant results and so, if you are looking to promote development and inspire your pupils, we may be able to help.
