Your new role: #x25CF; Lead and deliver all aspects of costmanagement from inception of a project through to completion. Value completedwork and arranging payments. #x25CF; Providing accurate cost advice andreporting to our clients. #x25CF; Undertake cost analysis. #x25CF; Achieve the highest standards ofprofessional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings withclients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the company. #x25CF; Produce cost estimates at concept,scheme and detailed design stage. #x25CF; Work alongside clients toestablish their requirements. #x25CF; Estimate material quantities,costs, labour and time. #x25CF; Prepare tender and contractdocuments - this can include bills of quantities. #x25CF; Produce cost reports on time, quality and cost of projects. #x25CF; Negotiate contracts and work schedules. #x25CF; Make sure clients get value for money on the project. #x25CF; Advise on contractual claims and disputes.What you #39;ll need to succeed #x25CF; Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICSor equivalent is required). #x25CF; Preference given to degree-levelqualification. #x25CF; Technical knowledge andcompetence. #x25CF; Strong analytical skills and apro-active methodical mind-set are essential for success within thisdetail-orientated environment. #x25CF; The ability to build lastingrelationships with clients and colleagues. #x25CF; You have grown alongside abusiness scaling, experiencing #39;getting your hands dirty alongside buildingout robust processes and teams as the business has then matured. #x25CF; Dynamic and prepared to get involvedwith company processes, software and automation of company outputs. #x25CF; Ability to strategise and solveproblems.What you #39;ll get in return #x25CF; Pension contribution. #x25CF; 26 days holiday (excluding bankholidays). #x25CF; Private health care. #x25CF; A fun and social officeenvironment with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. #x25CF; New office due Q4 2024 with on-sitegym #x25CF; Discounts on retail, travel andcinema tickets through Smart Rewards.
