They need a passionate and inspiring person to help 1 to 1 with their students who need a bit of extra academic and emotional encouragement and support. The school is looking to employ a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a full-time position with the possibility of a permanent position later down the line. The successful applicant will be working with Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 children, helping them to meet their targets and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours and work closely with Teachers to help with the general running of the classroom.
