Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEN in their learning activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis. Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies tailored to each student #39;s needs. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and positive relationships. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support for students with SEN. Assist with the personal care and physical needs of students, if required.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
