High Volume Recruiter/Resourcers - WE NEED YOU Candidates must be able to abide by the following conditions: Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week - your shifts will align anywhere between 7am-7pm Working Week: Rota Basis - runs over a 7 day period. Hourly Rate: GBP13.41 Duration: 2-3 Months (Based on workload) Potential: Leads to The Royal Mail Group Christmas Peak/Winter Peak - will be more work available after this current project! The first 1-2 weeks of the project MUST be completed in the Sheffield Office. Where after, you will be required to attend the office 2 days per week (Tues/Wed). About the Role Reporting into the Regional Recruitment Lead, you will provide an end-to-end recruitment service, from responding to a requisition that has been raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system, to the point of verbal offer to an appropriate candidate. You will look after a specific region and customer base, allowing you to build up strong relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders in the business recruit for our posties, driver and mail sorter roles. You will manage customer relationships ndash; both Hiring Manager, internal applicant, and potential employees throughout the recruitment lifecycle. About You Prior recruitment experience would be ideal but is not a necessity.
