SMALL ANIMAL VETERINARY SURGEON ndash; Ipswich, Queensland. Australia. $65k - $100k DOE. You rsquo;re a good vet, an adventurous vet who is starting to get itchy feet. Things change, circumstances change and the thought of moving overseas to utilise your skills excites you. Renovated 18 months ago to the highest standard, with highly experienced staff and an extensive range of modern equipment. Developing a culture of #39;team first, #39; this is a practice where everyone pulls together when there #39;s work, and relaxes when it #39;s time. They are a dedicated team with a real focus on well-being who want their best for patients, employees, and the practice. Ideally, they are looking for a small animal vet with surgical and medical skills, two years exp but they are flexible here, and more than happy to take on a new grad and invest in them. It rsquo;s a kind compassionate person that matters the most though. This is a practice where you can own your cases, see them through with a good case load and mix of surgery and consults. They don rsquo;t believe in working their team into the ground, they want you rested and refreshed so you can be at your best. That rsquo;s why it rsquo;s a 4 week rotating roster with an average of 38 hours per week, this includes 1 four day weekend every 4 weeks and 1 three day weekend every 4 weeks. NO OOH rsquo;s and no sole charge. There aren rsquo;t many practices that can boast this.
