Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Technology Administration Support to join our IT team. This role will be based at our Madame Tussauds London office and reports into the Executive Assistant on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid-working of 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home, for those looking for a bit of flexibility, and the salary on offer is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. About the Role... We re seeking a highly organised individual to join our team and provide the essential administrative support that keeps our technological wonderland running smoothly. As a key member of our Technology Team, you ll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring that every element of your area operates seamlessly. You ll be the driving force that propels our technology endeavors forward. Your role will involve providing crucial administrative support to all corners of our Technology team, and your positive and enthusiastic attitude will set the tone for our team and create a motivating work environment. You ll manage sets of documents, and your precise orchestration ensures that we communicate our key elements effectively, whether through tools like Yammer, organisational charts, or team communications. You ll also touch the Procurement world and raise purchase order numbers and order equipment for our new starters. Utilising our cutting-edge Coupa system, you ll be instrumental in getting our team members up and running with the right tools and resources. In this role, you won t just be a support figure; you ll be an integral part of our dynamic Technology Team, contributing to the success and growth of our ever-evolving tech landscape. You will have English Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent grade A-C You can demonstrate a good level of administrative experience Your organisation skills are excellent, and you have the ability to anticipate issues You will have good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel Outlook You will be approachable, accommodating and confident You will follow policies and always strive to work within our operating frameworks You are enthusiastic and proactive, and have the ability to use your initiative You will be a team-player who gets stuck in to get the job done Occasional flexibility on working hours is required on an ad-hoc basis The Benefits… We’re growing fast and alongside a fun and friendly environment, we offer a fabulous package and amazing prospects – ideal if you’re already fantastic and can quickly become even better (our magic can help here).
