About the role The postholder will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the Division of Psychiatry’s and the organisation of Year 5C psychiatry placements. Tasks will include delivery of a high-quality administrative service, ensuring effective procedures are followed in all aspects including enquiries, marketing, student support, exams, and progression. The postholder will provide a responsive and timely service to staff, as well as to current and prospective students. Appointment details: The post is graded on the non-clinical staff Pay Scale Grade 6, the annual salary for which ranges from £33,259 to £38,466 FTE (including London Allowance). The appointment is available immediately and is funded for 6 months in the first instance on a part time basis (0.6 FTE). About you The postholder must be efficient and organised with exceptional attention to detail. In addition, the role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL thus a professional attitude, willingness to help and a positive outlook are required in order to adequately execute the duties outlined. The postholder will be educated to a good GCSE level (or equivalent) including in English and Mathematics. The postholder will have experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment and will be equipped with excellent IT skills in email, spreadsheets, word processing and databases.
