Project: The HSW Administrator supports the HSW team by providing reliable administration function to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team and the overall programme. Your responsibilities will include: Daily, weekly monthly reporting. Client reporting. Team holiday, sickness monitoring/ approval via multiple spreadsheets. Set-up new starters on systems. Remove leavers from the systems. Coordinate the required training for users. Document formatting. Monitoring HSW email account. Producing and formatting Excel spreadsheets. General ad-hoc duties using MS Forms, Excel Word. Working closely with HR finance to organise all Health, safety, and wellbeing training across the entire project. Organise weekly leadership tours. Health Safety and wellbeing training co-ordination for project. Organising and promotion of upcoming HS W initiatives. About you You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
