A Brand Marketing Manager is requested for a thriving FMCG organisation based in Kent. The successful candidate will focus on the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive company growth; collaborating with internal and external teams and managing the allocation of budgets and resources. Client Details Our client is a reputable FMCG company, recognised for their high-quality products with a friendly team; and providing hybrid working, 2 or 3 days in the office in Kent. Description The successful Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for; Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans; working with key stakeholders to drive excellent execution. Managing the marketing budget and resource allocation. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, through-the-line. Establishing relationships with key stakeholders to influence performance. Report on marketing performance metrics and market trends and opportunities. Profile A successful Brand Marketing Manager should have the following expertise; Experience in a brand management, brand strategy or brand planning role client side or agency side, ideally working with FMCG and/or consumer products. Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent communication skills Expertise in leading marketing budgets in the UK and/or internationally.
