Production Operative Our Client are a manufacturing FMCG company based in Fradley Park, Lichfield. Following a consistent period of growth and ongoing investments they are looking for Line Machine Operators to join their team offering excellent salary of GBP35,300 per annum. Production Operative - Main duties are as follows: * To be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available. * To ensure specification sheet is followed at all times. * Ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with Company hygiene requirements. * Feed all line equipment with required materials. * Participate in line equipment changes as required. * Identify and rectify basic faults. * Visual quality inspection. Production Operative - Additional details: * Must be able to work 12-hour Day and Night shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)) on 3 on 3 off rotating shift basis * 12-week Temp to Perm with regular hours, overtime and long term prospects * Working at a modern state-of-the-art factory environment Production Operative - Benefits: * Salary equivalent GBP35,300 with OTE up to GBP45,000 per annum * Saturday and 4th shift paid GBP18.30 Days and GBP20.74 Nights * Sunday shift paid at GBP24.40 Days and GBP26.84 Nights * Production bonus of GBP500 paid at 6-month intervals * Paid breaks If you are interested, please apply online.
