GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 + Travel + CPD + Package ISO Management System Consultant Hybrid - Home based with travel to multiple sites across Surrey London Boutique, quality driven services organisation Search sup2; is delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a thriving and organically growing consultancy business looking to recruit an ISO Management System Consultant to join their business, supporting their clients achieve ISO accreditation in a range of industry sectors. This is a full-time, permanent role. Why you could be the ideal candidate for this role: You enjoy the process of establishing, maintaining and improving ISO management systems A portion of your current role involves ISO management systems (i.e. 45001, 14001, 9001), which is a part of the role that you love and would love to do a role that allows you to work with management systems more thoroughly on a day-to-day basis You care about the quality of work that you do, and get a buzz from helping other people / businesses improve their ways of working Your advice and influence is falling on deaf ears in your current role, and want to work with people and businesses that are actually engaged and interested in improving and establishing their management systems You enjoy meeting and collaborating with new and different people, either remotely or in-person You want to work closely with the Founder of the business, where decisions are made quickly and with agility - with no bureaucracy You currently work within an internal function within a single organisation, and want to fly the nest to support businesses in different sectors Why this is a great opportunity You will work alongside, and shadow the Founder of the business in the first few months of the role - gradually taking responsibility to manage your own clients, as well as establishing relationships with new clients You will work on some fascinating projects, in some cases working with businesses that have no systems in place, to helping them achieve and maintain ISO accreditations You will have full qualification and CPD support to develop your skill sets and ISO / industry knowledge You will gain exposure to new and different industry sectors, and understanding the nuances that exist in different sectors - ultimately helping you to become a more well-rounded professional You will have direct access to the Founder of the business, and will be best placed to progress and increase your responsibilities as the business grows What you will be doing Working with clients (either on their sites or remotely) assisting them to implement effective management systems and gain certification Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including the development of documentation, training of personnel and the establishment of necessary procedures Provide support / guidance to clients not only in compliance but identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Collaborate with client rsquo;s management teams to address any non-conformities or areas of concern identified during audits, ensuring a prompt resolution Undertake internal audits of client rsquo;s management systems Assist, prepare, and chair management review meetings Attend external certification audits Preparation of audit reports Updating of legal registers Review of both clients and internal documents to ensure they are up-to-date Develop training materials and delivery of training to clients Assist clients with requests to support their business Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service delivery What you will need A minimum of an Internal Auditor qualification within ISO45001, ISO14001 and / or ISO9001 - with a Lead Auditor qualification being advantageous To be located within 25 miles of central Surrey, with a willingness to travel across multiple sites in and around Surrey and London Full UK Driving License Interested?
