To continue delivering exceptional service, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Director to oversee their team of engineers across the UK. Role Overview: As the Service Delivery Director, you will be responsible for managing a distributed team of engineers who provide on-site and remote support for EPOS systems. This is a strategic role focusing on ensuring high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You #39;ll collaborate closely with other senior leaders to drive process improvements, optimize resources, and maintain a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers located across the UK, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes, leveraging your background with EPOS systems to inform best practices. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a senior service delivery or operations role, preferably in the technology or EPOS industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a remote team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Willingness to travel across the UK as needed to meet with the team and clients.
