Due to exciting plans this year, they #39;re looking to onboard a Support Engineer to oversee the integrity and security of SaaS deployments, consistently aiming to enhance performance by scaling, configuring, and fine-tuning. The role: Out of hours support Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to validate the automated deployment, configuration, and upgrading of the infrastructure. Monitor, investigate and resolve incidents, test infrastructure, monitor security validation and constantly improve security. Provide excellent customer service Create professional and detailed RCAs.The candidate: Hands on experience with Linux and Kubernetes Experience with any cloud - Azure, AWS, GCP Experience working in a containerized environment Prioritise security measures, including user controls, privileges, and role-based access control. Develop, manage, and validate backup and recovery strategies. Provide specialised support for custom applications. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
