Job Title: Housing Strategy Manager Location: Westminster, London Contract Type: 3-month Contract, Hybrid Pay Rate: GBP443/day Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Manager to join a local authority in Westminster. The Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the delivery of critical housing projects, driving impactful outcomes. Produce and present high-quality reports to meet the needs of the Leadership Team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects and initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate improvement plans and progress. Stay informed about housing strategy trends and best practices to facilitate decision-making. Manage political processes, ensuring quality and consistency in department interactions. Support and oversee external inspection frameworks, ensuring preparedness and implementation of improvement activities. Coordinate consultation and engagement efforts with residents and partners to inform service development. Ensure diversity and equality considerations are integrated into service development. Facilitate appropriate reporting through various governance forums.Key Skills: Agile working to deliver objectives efficiently. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
