Contentious probate solicitor

We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent permanent opportunity that offers flexible hybrid working. Key duties to include: * Dealing with trustee disputes, family provisions and will changes. * Provide general counsel to key clients and stakeholders. * Delegate paralegals and support staff with appropriate case work. * Undertake fee earning tasks in accordance with firm expectations. * Complete networking and business development tasks. The successful candidate will have: * A minimum of 2 years PQE. * Strong experience managing a varied and full caseload of Contentious Probate matters. * Strong work ethic and attentive to the small details. * A team player and willing to develop your skills.
