They provide flexibility, whether occasionally covering Teacher PPA time or delivering targeted intervention work with small groups. They fulfil a vital role in a successful primary school and are highly regarded. And we urgently require a few more! If you are an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant HLTA, why not talk to us about taking advantage of the flexibility that working on supply provides? Ideally you should be able to demonstrate relevant qualification(s) and/or have recent, appropriate experience in either Keystage 1 and/or Keystage 2 within the previous 18 months. You should also be a confident classroom practitioner, with excellent classroom management skills, who is able to deliver planned lessons skilfully.
