Health and safety tutor

Job Title: Health and Safety Tutor Location: Rugby - Centre based Salary: up to GBP33,000 (some flexibility DOE) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: Teach/assess learners working towards a Health and Safety in Construction Environment course. Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners #39; skills knowledge and behaviours Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs. Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews. Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Criteria: Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification. Must hold a Level 3 Health Safety qualification. Must hold a minimum of 2 years #39; teaching experience - ideally within Health and Safety. Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
