We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Grimsby, DN37 9TS. Pay rates and typical working hours: Standard: GBP11.79 p/h | Nights: GBP12.29 ph (from 10:00pm to 6am) | Overtime: GBP15.68 p/h Following are the shift patterns in rotation: Flexible shifts available 12 hours shifts Mornings: 06:00am until 18:00pm Nights: 18:00pm until 06:00am Weekend shifts available Days or NightsWhat do we expect from you as a Production Operative: Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert) Be able to clearly communicate Good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly Respect at work: Respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct Respect company property Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedure Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site Report any near misses or hazards to your manager Protect yourself and protect others hellip;see it, say it, report it!
