Sub assembly operative

Our rapidly expanding manufacturing client, in Haverhill, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sub-Assembly Operative. In this role, you #39;ll be an integral part of their production process, responsible for assembling components to create sub-assemblies for their products. While prior experience in sub-assembly work is not required, we will progress individuals who possess the right attributes and work ethic. This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, with temporary opportunities also available. The hours will be 8am-4.30pm. As a Sub-Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include interpreting assembly instructions, gathering necessary materials, and using hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you #39;ll work closely with the production team to ensure that sub-assemblies meet quality standards and contribute to overall workflow efficiency. We are looking for someone who can be a strong team player but work well independently! You must be able to take instructions and apply to your work efficiently, as well as prioritise tasks accordingly. Having a strong work ethic, being naturally committed to your role, and having strong time keeping skills is very important.
