Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Work-from-home days * Regular social events Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Account Handler * Client Relations: Manage and grow client portfolio for retention and growth. * Renewal Success: Achieve 90% retention rate for policy renewals. * Insurance Expertise: Handle changes, claims, underwriting, and additional covers. * Business Expansion: Identify new opportunities, cross-sell business solutions. * Technical Excellence: Address technical queries, champion client claims. * Data Management: Keep systems updated, support SLAs and KPIs. * Compliance Learning: Uphold standards, pursue CPD and CII studies. Qualifications and Experience required for this Insurance Account Handler role * Working towards or willing to pursue CII exams. * Strong commercial insurance and broking background. * Familiarity with General Insurance products. * Proven relationship management skills.
