Commercial administrator

Do you have experience as a Commercial Administrator? Do you have experience using the COINS system? Linear Recruitment are looking for a Commercial Administrator on behalf of our client, a National New Build Housing Developer, Northeast. A Commercial Administrator will join the Commercial department and oversee the daily administration of the department. Responsibilities Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and organize meetings and diary management as and when required. Ensure required admin is complete for the Surveying Team. Assist in the liaising between subcontractors to gather information to maintain and keep up-to date with the COINS system. General chasing up of sub-contractors. What we need from you: Ability to use a range of IT packages including Microsoft Offices. Excellent organisation and administrative skills. Must have experience with the use of COINS system. Provide Great attention to detail. Able to work to deadlines.
