Assistant manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our client who is a reputable and well-established business, specialising in gelato, coffee and pastries in St John #39;s Wood. Assistant Manager Details: Full-time position with up to 45 hours per week Salary of GBP27,000 per year Assistant Manager Responsabilities: Provide high-quality customer service to establish a strong relationship with the local community. Serve gelato, pastries and coffee ensuring the company rsquo;s quality standard. Oversee daily operations. Support the store manager in creating a strong work ethic within the team. Manage and recruit staff. Teach new staff members. Attend staff meetings. Maintain cleanliness and cleaning.
