CNC Turner Permanent Dependant on experience Double Day Shifts (rotating mornings and afternoons) Mornings - 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday, 6am-11:30am on Friday Afternoons ndash; 2pm-10pm Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-5pm on Friday Pinxton CNC Turner Job Description Set and operate multi-axis Sliding Head Lathes/CNC Turning Machines Read engineering drawings and set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures Producing high quality, large batch components, aligning to tight tolerances Use of measuring equipment to check conformance to requirements. CNC Turner Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Experience setting and operating CNC Turning Machines (at least 2 Axis) Well-versed machining high precision, metal components Confident working within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, oil gas etc) Happy to work double days shifts (mornings and afternoons).
