Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator who is interested in taking on a challenge, on behalf of a privately owned sales business that is based in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. Coming from a Administrative background and coupled with strong excel skills, you will be responsible for producing sales invoices as well as compiling spreadsheets with regard to supplier information, sales figures and general business related information. You will also be responsible for supplier payments and liaising with the warehouse coordinator to ensure an overall smooth sales process. Working knowledge of Sage Ecommerce is preferred but not esential as full training will be provided. The company behind the vacancy is a privately owned business to business sales organisation, that specialises in the Telecoms sector although other sectors are also worked in. This is an intersting opportunity for an ambitous administrator who would be interested in learning new skills
