Commercial Valuation Surveyor An exciting opportunity for an MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join one of the most respected and reputable consultancies in the country as an Associate Director/Senior Associate Director in their London office. As a key player, and Valuation Surveyor you #39;ll lead projects across Kent and the South East, delivering top-notch service and being the face of the company. Role: MRICS Valuation Surveyor Key Responsibilities of the Valuation Surveyor: As a key member of this incredible team, you will: * Build strong client relationships. * Complete Red Book standard Valuations for Commercial properties * Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events. * Delivering against company targets and sharing leads. * Mentoring and supporting team members * Build the client base against Valuation related needs. * Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience and Qualifications: * Minimum Batchelor rsquo;s Degree and relevant work experience * MRICS or FRICS Qualified (5 years+ PQE) * RICS Registered Valuer with strong technical valuation skills and * in-depth knowledge of valuation techniques * Proactive, approachable with proven experience in valuation * People Management experience for Director level * Candidate must be proactive, highly organised and able to meet deadlines with attention to detail. * High quality report writing skills with experience in reviewing reports prepared by other valuers. * Detailed knowledge of major valuation software packages What rsquo;s on Offer: * GBP60K basic salary + transparent commission structure * GBP4.5K car allowance * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. * Remote working * Enhanced pension. * Birthday off. * Cycle to work scheme. * Regular social events.
