My client is a industry civil engineering contractor with multiple contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join the company and manage numerous groundworks and civils contracts to high standard and build within a ever-growing company. My client would strongly conside a Project Manager looking to take a step up into a Contracts Managers position. RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!! THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!! Contracts Manager Responsibilities: bull; Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director. bull; Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety bull; Keeping site diaries bull; Writing RAMS bull; Producing programmes. bull; Managing subcontractors bull; Providing progress reports bull; Managing procurement and sourcing of labour. bull; Managing upto 5 groundworks and civils contracts simultaneously.
