If you are very experienced you coould work in Primary and Secondary schools if this is what you perefer! **You must have UK based experience** Key responsibilities include: Providing support to KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 children on a 1:1 and small group basis * Ensuring the safeguarding of the young person under your care * Collaborating with the school team to create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment for studentsThe competitive pay for this role ranges between GBP84 and GBP90 per day, contingent on experience. The position starts immediately on a part-time or full-time basis, extending for the remainder of the academic year with potential for further extension. About You: Applicants must demonstrate exceptional proficiency and competence as a Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and maintaining a positive learning environment * Providing individual support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring comprehension of the curriculum * Aiding in teaching material preparation, including equipment setup and resource organisation * Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect * Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practicesEssential Requirements: Excellent references validating previous experience in KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 A CV detailing the last 10 years of employment history with explanations for any gaps Eligibility to work in the UKAll candidates will undergo suitable reference checks and an enhanced DBS check.
