The Role: The Customer Service Administrator will work as part of an upbeat and friendly team of 4, being the first point of contact for customers. This is a busy role which entails building strong and lasting relationships with customers, providing a top-class service accurately processing orders and maintaining excellent communication skills throughout. Your strong administration skills along with hard work and attention to detail will help you succeed in this fast-paced customer focused role.
