Head of Automated Warehouse Operations | Permanent | Competitive As Head of Automated Warehouse Operations, you #39;ll be a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure with strong influencing and decision making skills. You #39;ll have experience in operating an automated warehouse to support manufacturing and despatch operations, have managed teams, working in a 25/7 environment and have an understanding of the key drivers in customer service, manufacturing, transport warehousing operations and how it is integrated with Warehouse operations. We are currently enhancing the logistics function to support growth, meet changing customer requirements and support the business through a number of investment projects. As Head of Automated Warehouse Operations you will be a key member of the Logistics Leadership team, managing the Automated Warehouse operations, setting standards to ensure its optimum operation, delivery of excellent service levels against business priorities and effectively managing inventory. You will be able to build robust internal supplier/customer relationships, collaborating to agree priorities, identifying and implementing improvements and overseeing the optimum Automated Warehouse Operations. The Key Requirements Degree level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, operations or business administration Experience of prioritising and balancing inbound and outbound stock movements and controlling warehouse capacity A working knowledge of supply chain systems processes within a manufacturing environment (e.g. Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems and ERP systems especially SAP) Managing in a customs and excise controlled environment A knowledge of product lifecycles together with an understanding of the factors that impact costs At Encirc, you #39;ll be part of a bespoke, 360-approach to the beverage supply chain, spanning filling, warehousing, and logistics.
