Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on scientific and life science industries. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates within our clients rsquo; organisations. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates while effectively meeting their recruitment needs. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with new and existing clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. * Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within the scientific life science industries. * Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent in scientific and life science fields. * Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates #39; qualifications and suitability for open positions. * Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing guidance and support to both parties. * Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, including negotiation of offers and onboarding assistance. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our database. * Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations. * Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to expand your knowledge and network within the scientific and life science communities. Requirements: * Bachelor rsquo;s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field would be adventurous but not essential. * Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on scientific and life science recruitment. * In-depth understanding of scientific and life science industries, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing successful placements. * Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
