Key Responsibilities: * Take full managerial responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the children #39;s home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided. * Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support to promote a nurturing and safe environment for residents. * Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to the needs and aspirations of each young person, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and Ofsted regulations. * Foster positive relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and the local community to promote well-being and positive outcomes. * Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
