About the role To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant (SEND) you will be able to: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, aiding their personal, social and academic development. Support the teacher in a whole class setting. Promote the social and emotional wellbeing of pupils. Implement and support with Individualised Learning Plans.
