Sen teaching assistant

Your days will be varied, supporting children to engage with tasks set by the class teacher, and reach their potential. You #39;ll take initiative, be resilient, and drive pupils to achieve and progress. You #39;ll work on learning activities, promote confidence, and encourage pupils to act independently to succeed. You #39;ll Be hellip; A Teaching Assistant with experience of children with a disability or Special Educational Needs. Experienced working in school or further education environments. Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills. Promote happiness, self-reliance, and encourage positive interactions.We #39;re hellip; Academics!
