Mechanical project manager

Job Role: Mechanical Project Manager Area: Surrey Salary: GBP55k - GBP65k Based in Kent, my client is one of the areas leading building services contractors. With a reputation for excellence, they are going through an exciting period of growth and therefore are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team, the role will be covering Surrey and South London. You will need to have come from a Mechanical background and have worked within the commercial sector. Responsibilities: bull; Completing projects within the correct timeframe keeping within budget and scope. bull; Work alongside our procurement team to ensure the correct materials and labour are instructed and scheduled to allow projects to be delivered on time and within the financial/commercial requirements. bull; Designing Q A reviews to be completed and Designs sent to client for approval. bull; Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients bull; Regular onsite reviews bull; Monitoring performances of teams to ensure company standards of delivery are being met. bull; Reviewing staff performance, attendance, and morale bull; Adhering to health and safety and ensuring all relevant documents are prepared for site. About the Candidate: bull; Worked for a similar building service rsquo;s contractor bull; Have a proven track record of well managed and complementary industry relationships. bull; Self-motivated, organised and a good communicator. bull; Good interpersonal skills and patience bull; Forward thinking bull; Full driving licence
