We are looking for a temporary admin assistant to come join the team of a well established housing association in Watford. This role is offering a 6 month long contract within a growing organisation. Data Administrator Monday to Friday/ 37hrs Watford GBP15-19ph via umbrella Temporary As a Data administrator, you will be responsible for: Supporting the property services team in delivery of asset management, compliance, repairs and estates programmes etc Managing individual programmes and contracts Producing detailed analysis of data to help facilitate decision making Compiling data reports to evidence findings Providing support with inputting and processing of data Ensuring the data integrity is maintained Assisting with the effective implementation of corporate policies, standards and procedures Building good relationships across the organisation To be successful as a Data Administrator, you will have: Good communication skills The ability to work under pressure and to challenge targets Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting Excellent IT skills Worked in similar roles such as Asset administrator, Business support officer, Office Assistant If this Data Administrator role is of interest, please apply directly to this advert or call on (phone number removed)
