We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join a busy team, working for a business in Sheffield. You will provide front desk support to visitors and be the first point of contact for the business. Full Time Permanent 7.30am -4pm Free Parking Fantastic Career opportunities GBP11.44-GBP12 per hour Responsibilities of the Receptionist include: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals Booking travel for colleagues and supporting the back off sale function with data input Schedule appointments and meetings Answers enquires via telephone and email, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth communication and office operation Skills and qualities required of the Receptionist: Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Professional appearance and a courteous approach to handling interactions Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure If you are excited about becoming an integral part of the team and believe you have the skills and qualities to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you
