Assistant contracts manager

Clearfield are recruiting an assistant contracts manager, for a growing family run main contractor covering projects across London. Initially the role will be to support an experienced contracts manager with operational functions including covering sites, liasing with subcontractors and organising relevant paperwork associated to each project throughout its life. The ideal candidate will have construction experience in a similar role. Any knowledge of residential design build and JCT contracts would be advantageous. Due to head office location and the need for site visits, own transport will be required. A majority of projects thereafter are based within M25, so there will be a need to be flexible with commuting. The role will be on a permanent basis.
