Pear Recruitment ndash; Head of Property Management ndash; Southgate Salary ndash; GBP40,000 ndash; GBP45,000 Our client is looking for a highly organised individual to work as Head of Property Management within their lovely vibrant team, you will be based in their busy Southgate branch overseeing the department, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner and experienced within property management. Drafting and signing off tenancy agreements Renewals Ensure these are up to date for all PMs Tenancy Surrenders / Tenancy Swaps Ensure these are up to date for all PMs Ensure all certifications are up to date (Gas Certificates, NICs, EPCs etc.) Registering Deposit Certificates Ensure all deposits are registered within the required timeframe Deposit Returns / Dilapidations Ensure all deposits are returned within the required timeframe Oversee all move ins and move outs Utilities ndash; making sure all utilities are put into tenants names for move ins/ move outs Ensure the Property Management department is always covered by at least one other PM Assisting in the training and support of new and existing staff General management of Property Management department, overseeing workload of PMs and ensuring all tasks are completed within the required timeframe Ensure the smooth running of the Property Management department, including time management of team members and raising any issues or important matters in the weekly meeting Daily meeting with Property Managers to monitor workload and discuss any other important matters Weekly meeting with Lettings Manager and Directors to raise any concerns and assist in improving inter-department efficiencies If you are interested in this Head of Property Management role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
