We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Working closely with the sales and engineering teams, you will leverage your technical expertise to understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and facilitate successful project implementations. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients and contribute to the company #39;s success. Position Overview: Supporting sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets. Supporting sales through undertaking site surveys, energy audits and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers. Working closely with our Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after sales service is provided. Supporting sales with capital equipment leads and utilising our energy efficient offering Identify and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. In return for your commitment, our client can offer you... Background and Experience: Sales or Service experience A mechanical or electrical engineering qualification ndash; although this is desirable rather than essential. The ability to travel in and around the South East area A full clean driving license. Excellent general computer skills. A good standard of presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
