Role: Warehouse Team Leader - inbound Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday shift rotation ndash; 06:00-14:00 14:00-22:00 Salary: GBP33,122.96 plus annual performance related bonus An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Warehouse Team Leader - inbound to join our client rsquo;s successful team in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. About our client: A British clothing retailer specialising in , ties, suits, casualwear, shoes accessories. About the role: With over 50 people in the department the Team Leaders need to manage the throughput of the work and maintain high levels of productivity, employee engagement and a good sense of fun! You will plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development in such a way that the operational effectiveness of the business is maintained, and all daily targets are met. Previous experience of managing a team of 15 or more with a proven ability to manage, develop motivate Ability to coordinate activities.
