Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative Contract Type: Permanent Location: South East London Kent Salary:UP TO GBP40K pa (depending on experience) Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our clients team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working with a social housing contractor on planned works projects in South East London Kent. Responsibilities: Undertake planned maintenance and repair works in social housing properties Carry out kitchen and bathroom fitting to a high standard Perform plumbing works including repairs and installations Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality Communicate effectively with tenants and colleaguesRequirements: Previous experience as a multi-trade operative, ideally within social housing NVQ or C G in a core trade Competency in kitchen and bathroom fitting Must be able to carrying out tiling to a high standard Proficient in plumbing works Full UK driving license Own tools Strong communication and customer service skillsInterested? please call Kiera on (phone number removed) or please send your most up to date CV to (url removed) Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
