Projects include retrofitting, compliance upgrades, and enhancing living conditions for residents. Operational Efficiency: Implement and monitor performance targets for assigned Capital Programmes, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with tenants, residents, and elected officials, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles. Financial Management: Manage project budgets effectively, overseeing procurement activities to ensure cost-effective delivery of required works within budgetary constraints. Strategic Planning: Contribute to business planning, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery standards. Health and Safety: Prioritize the health and safety of residents and workers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices throughout project execution. Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications: Possess a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in the construction sector. Additional certifications and memberships in professional bodies are desirable. Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, building contracts, health and safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
