About the Role: As the Assistant Care Manager, you will collaborate directly with the Company Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency. This role is ideal for individuals seeking career growth, with the potential to progress to higher managerial positions within the organisation. You will assist in managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional care to clients in their own homes.
