We are recruiting a Community Manager to look after two luxury centres, splitting your time between City and West London. You will work alongside a proactive team within high spec, flexible office spaces! Overview of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: #x25CF; The ability to conduct an effective site tour, identifying what a prospective member needs highlighting the USP rsquo;s. You rsquo;ll be able to liaise with the sales team and create proposals following viewings. #x25CF; Maintain high occupancy rates #x25CF; Respond to potential members inquiries, conduct members tours, new members on-boarding #x25CF; Manage member renewals and ensure the highest level of retention with a focus on unit profitability. #x25CF; Social media community management #x25CF; Facilities - have an understanding of problem areas in the location and ensuring performance of maintenance supply partners #x25CF; Ensuring members experience a world class product and service and by ensuring your team is aware of the expectations. #x25CF; Check member bills for catering, meeting rooms and other ancillary services as well as checking the monthly licence fee document to ensure accuracy against licence agreements #x25CF; Responsible for chasing member debt, escalating when necessary and facilitating evictions where applicable. #x25CF; To provide the animation of the coworkers community through animation,events and enriched service offering #x25CF; People management of your team, including onboarding of new hires We #39;re looking for a true people person, a community builder for immediate interviews.
